We have now increased our build capacity to cope with demand.

We now have three new members of the team helping Tom to build our rods and dispatch orders.

All trained to our high standards, we’ll introduce them properly shortly.

This will allow us to offer elevated levels of customer service, along with faster lead times on our custom builds.

The last few months have been busier than ever and extra staffing was much needed, but being a niche industry,  lengthy training has been required.

We are still operating, but operating mostly from our home workshops, to comply with the Government measures.

This means that our usual landline number won’t be serviced as much as usual, but if you call, please leave a message and we should be able to pick them up every couple of days.

We are still posting all orders out via the courier network every Thursday.
